This research has been deemed ethically acceptable by the Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Social and Human Sciences Research Ethics Committee in its decision No. 2025/38 (Ref. No.: E-74555795-050.04-1204769). All participants have given their informed consent to participate in the research.The research sample consists of individuals living in Turkey, aged between 18 and 26, who declare that they do not have any psychiatric diagnosis.The data were collected using various measurement tools. In order to prevent the participants' responses to one measurement tool from being affected by negative effects (carry-over effect) such as fatigue, learning, or boredom from their responses to previous tools, a counterbalancing method was applied (Jhangiani et al., 2019). In this context, the order of the measurement tools was changed, and four different Google Forms were prepared. The study was announced via social media and completed by volunteer participants.
