Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis (MAP) is the aethiological agent of Johne's disease. This infection impacts on dairy cow productivity. The aim of the bioproject is to test genetic diversity among MAP isolates from Argentina through NGS. The phylogenomic analysis will contribute to understand the epidemiology of the infection in our country.
