资源简介:
Anther dehiscence is the final stage of anther development, releasing mature pollen grains that are used for pollination, fertilization, and seed production. In recent years, the mechanism of action of hormones such as IAA and JA in various aspects of anther dehiscence has been elucidated. Abscisic acid is one of the five major plant hormones, and as a natural plant growth regulator, it is very important for the growth and development of plants. Brocard-Gifford et al. found that ABA-related signaling is necessary for stamen development, but there is still a lack of direct evidence that ABA affects anther dehiscence, and the relevant regulatory mechanism is unclear. Therefore, studying the mechanism of ABA on anther dehiscence will enrich researchers' current understanding of the physiological function of ABA. As a key enzyme in ABA biosynthesis, OsNCED5 can regulate ABA synthesis in vivo, but whether OsNCED5 gene regulate anther dehiscence in rice has not been reported.
