Spiders are amongst the dominant predatory arthropods in agroecosystems. Despite the frequent concern for the potential of spiders in pest control during the growth stages of crops, there are few studies that have focused on the overwintering diet of spiders. Our aim is to analyze the diet of overwintering spiders in agroecosystems through the use of DNA metabarcoding.
