Psychology & Philosophy Research Archive (2021–2025)

This archive contains the results of a four-year independent research project (2021–2025) focused on the nature of human emotions, cognitive distortions, and the mechanisms underlying mental states.

The work is situated at the intersection of psychology, philosophy, and cognitive therapy and is based on long-term self-observation, systematic analysis of internal states, and iterative testing of emerging hypotheses.

The archive has an explicitly evolutionary structure: earlier materials reflect preliminary stages of understanding, while later materials represent progressively deeper and more refined conceptual models. The most significant and mature phase of the research was conducted between May and December 2025.

The materials include raw and processed textual notes, audio recordings, transcriptions, and AI-assisted structured summaries. They are provided “as is” for independent analysis, critique, interpretation, and further development by researchers and practitioners.
