Impaired angiogenesis in diabetic critical limb ischemia is mediated by a miR-130b-INHBA signaling axis [Human umbilical cells endothelial cells]

We report transcriptomic changes in human umbilical vein endothelial cells after transfection of negative control mimic and hsa-miR-130b-3p mimic. Overall design: Human umbilical cells endothelial cells (HUVECs;Lonza) were cultured in endothelial cell growth medium (EGM2;Lonza) and transfected using Lipofectamine 2000 (Invitrogen) with negative control mimic and hsa-miR-130b-3p mimic. Cells were harvested and RNA-Seq analysis was performed using Illumina HiSeq2500 V4 2x150 bp (Genewiz, South Plainfield, NJ).
