Total RNA was extracted from both the mouse intestinal tissues and the cultured enteroids. RNA quality assessment, library construction, and sequencing were conducted by Gene Denovo Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Guangzhou, China). Briefly, RNA integrity was verified using an Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer (RIN ≥ 7.0). mRNA was enriched using oligo(dT) magnetic beads, and libraries were prepared for sequencing on an Illumina NovaSeq platform, generating 150 bp paired-end reads.
