Phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSBs) have been extensively studied, but few studies have been performed on the phosphate solubilization mechanism and related genes. In this experiment, the transcriptomes of PSB Pseudomonas sp. Wj1 grown in soluble and insoluble phosphate were compared and analysed using Illumina HiSeq 2000 RNA-Seq technology.These results provide information on the important role of differential gene expression in the process of adaptive regulation in this PSB. In addition, novel genes were identified, and the mechanism of phosphate solubilization was further clarified.
