In this study, we aim to perform the integrated analysis of the white blood cells transcriptome at different timepoints of infected piglets from the resource population crossed by Large White pigs and Tongcheng pigs to characterize the genes participating in the immune responses and dynamic changes at gene levels. Thus, sixty white blood cell samples from a total of 17 pigs at four timepoints (0, 4, 7, 11 days post PRRSV infection) were used for RNA-seq.
