本数据资源由红河县发展和改革局通过“云南省项目综合一体化平台”收集整理，是实现对县域内企业投资项目全生命周期精准管理的核心数据载体。数据全面涵盖了从项目备案（名称、编码、总投资）、状态跟踪（申报状态、是否纳统）到分级分类管理（省重大、重中之重项目入库状态）的关键环节，并包含国标行业、五个一批等标准化分类信息。本数据主要用于动态掌握项目进展、精准实施项目调度、支撑各类项目库的申报与管理，是区域产业投资分析、政策效果评估与资源配置优化的重要决策依据。

This data resource was collected and organized by the Honghe County Development and Reform Bureau through the "Yunnan Provincial Comprehensive Integrated Project Platform", and serves as the core data carrier for enabling precise whole-life-cycle management of enterprise investment projects within the county. The data comprehensively covers key stages from project filing (including name, code and total investment), status tracking (declaration status and whether the project is included in official statistical reporting) to hierarchical and classified management (status of being included in the provincial major and top-priority project repository), and also includes standardized classification information such as national standard industry classifications and the Five Batches. This data is mainly used to dynamically track project progress, accurately implement project scheduling, support the declaration and management of various project repositories, and act as an important decision-making basis for regional industrial investment analysis, policy effect evaluation and resource allocation optimization.
