LUMA: A Deep-Learning-Based, Label-Free Imaging Framework for High-Dimensional Morphological Profiling of Single Cell States and Dynamics

This uploaded archive includes 4 7z-files of raw ODT-fluorescent images, based on which we constructed the following 4 corresponding datasets to train and test our model in the study: (1) hESC-hRPE across time points; (2) hESC-hRPE of all densities; (3) hESC cell cycle data; (4) hESC endothelial differentiation.
