Single-nucleus RNA-seq of the spinal cord from PS19 mice, a tauopathy model of Alzheimer's disease
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the processed single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) data from spinal cord samples of C57 and PS19 mice, generated to study the role of tau pathology in tactile deficits via c-Maf dysregulation in CCK neurons in Alzheimer’s disease. The dataset includes: Processed sequencing dataWT_matrix.mtx.gz, PS19_matrix.mtx.gz: Sparse expression matricesWT_barcodes.tsv.gz, PS19_barcodes.tsv.gz: Cell barcode identifiersWT_features.tsv.gz, PS19_features.tsv.gz: Gene features Quality control and doublet detection resultsWT_doublet.txt.gz, PS19_doublet.txt.gz: Results from doublet detection using Scrublet Analysis codefinal_code.R: R script used for data processing and analysis Software and tools usedCell Ranger for initial alignment and count matrix generationScrublet for doublet detectionR (tidyverse, Seurat) for downstream analysis Notes:This dataset provides the processed data supporting the manuscript "Spinal cord Tau pathology induces tactile deficits via c-Maf dysregulation of CCK neurons in Alzheimer’s disease," which is currently under editorial review. DOI of the publication will be added upon acceptance.
