Latin American companies with highest market cap 2024

As of October 2024, Fomento Económico Mexicano, multinational beverage and retail company, was the largest public company in Latin America, with a market capitalization of nearly 177 billion U.S. dollars. MercadoLibre follows closely with a market cap of about 106.65 billion U.S. dollars, while Petrobas, a Brazilian energy company, takes the third spot with a market cap of  90.23 billion U.S. dollars.
