Technical Characteristics of the Messageries Maritimes Fleet: Selected Benchmark Years (1868, 1888, 1908)

This dataset contains structured technical information on vessels of the Compagnie des Messageries Maritimes for three benchmark years (1868, 1888, and 1908). The Excel file is organised into separate sheets corresponding to each year and includes selected technical and service-related characteristics of ships in operation at those dates (such as construction year, entry and termination of service, dimensions, tonnage, propulsion type, horsepower, and speed, where available).
