资源简介:
Dataset Description: This dataset provides a comprehensive systematic review database documenting the relationships between agricultural landscape structure and pollinator communities (principaly Diptera and Hymenoptera) in temperate plains. The data compilation addresses the critical need to understand how agricultural landscape modifications affect pollinator populations, which is essential for developing evidence-based conservation and management strategies in agricultural systems. Context and Objectives: The dataset was created to synthesize existing scientific knowledge on landscape-pollinator relationships through a systematic literature review approach. The primary objective was to quantify and characterize the effects of various agricultural landscape variables on pollinator abundance, diversity, and community composition, with a particular focus on a key pollinator order: Diptera (including hoverflies). Methodology: The data collection followed a rigorous three-phase sorting process starting with 2,242 articles retrieved through systematic bibliographic queries. Articles underwent progressive filtering based on: (1) title and abstract screening (614 articles retained), (2) materials and methods evaluation, and (3) full-text assessment focusing on Diptera studies (239 articles). The final database contains quantified statistical relationships between landscape variables and entomological variables, with each record representing a tested relationship from peer-reviewed publications spanning 1991-2022. Data Structure: The dataset comprises four interconnected databases documenting the progressive article selection process and final data extraction. The databases include article metadata, exclusion criteria, geographic and temporal information, sampling methodologies, taxonomic classifications, landscape characteristics, and statistical relationships. Variables are standardized across multiple columns to enable cross-study comparisons and meta-analyses. Reuse Potential: This dataset offers significant potential for meta-analyses, evidence synthesis, and development of landscape management guidelines for pollinator conservation. It can support researchers investigating pollinator-landscape relationships, land managers developing pollinator-friendly agricultural practices, and policymakers designing agri-environmental schemes. The standardized format facilitates integration with other ecological datasets and enables quantitative synthesis across different geographic regions and agricultural systems.
