LiDAR, multispectral and thermal infrared data are critical observational datasets for research fields including hydrology, ecology and environmental monitoring. This dataset contains unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) observation data acquired during the integrated space-ground comprehensive observation experiment in the middle reaches of the Heihe River in 2020. The dataset covers UAV remote sensing data collected from August 16 to 21, 2020, using the DJI Phantom 4 Multispectral UAV platform. LiDAR data were obtained at three stations: the Daman Super Station (August 16–21), Huazhaizi Station (August 19), and Wetland Station (August 21). The LiDAR scanning system employed is the Tovos DroneScan, with a scanning frequency of 300,000 points per second, a point density of 100 points per square meter, and a scanning accuracy of 5 cm. Multispectral data were collected at the Daman Super Station (August 18), Huazhaizi Station (August 19), and Wetland Station (August 21). The dataset includes 5-band imagery with the following spectral bands: blue (450 nm ±16 nm), green (560 nm ±16 nm), red (650 nm ±16 nm), red edge (730 nm ±16 nm), and near-infrared (840 nm ±26 nm). Additionally, NDVI and reflectance data products derived from the observations at the Wetland Station and Huazhaizi Station are included. The spatial resolution of all the aforementioned data is approximately 0.2 m. In addition, thermal infrared data were collected at Huazhaizi Station (August 18 and 19) and Wetland Station (August 21). The specifications of the thermal infrared imaging system are as follows: wavelength range of 7.5–13.5 μm, imaging system sensitivity (NEDT) < 50 mK, maximum frame rate of 30 Hz, and scene ranges: for high-gain mode, 640×512: -25 °C to 135 °C, 336×256: -25 °C to 100 °C; for low-gain mode, -40 °C to 550 °C.
