资源简介:
This repository contains the underlying data generated in the study on plasma blood clots analysed with positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy (PALS). It includes raw and processed PALS spectra for clots prepared in four physical states (fresh, glutaraldehyde‑fixed, desiccator‑dried and critical‑point‑dried), together with measurement conditions. Measurements such as; 1. Positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy (PALS) spectra of plasma blood clots in four states (fresh, glutaraldehyde‑fixed, desiccator‑dried and critical‑point‑dried). 2. Ortho‑positronium (o‑Ps) lifetimes and intensities (free‑volume–related components), plus intermediate lifetime components, extracted from multicomponent fits. 3. Full positron lifetime spectra per sample (approximately 2.4 × 10⁷ counts each), including reduced chi‑squared values for fit quality.
