Activity-based proteomic dataset for EGF stimulated HEK293T cells

These raw data are from proteomic experiments where HEK293T cells have been treated with or without epidermal growth factor. Using a photocrosslinking activity-based probe for ubiquitin E3 ligases, the treated and untreated cells are profiled.
