Text files containing the parameters of the truncated Gaussian target in Nishimura, Zhang, and Suchard (2021), arising from the phylogenetic multivariate probit model applied to the HIV data. The "mean.txt" contains the (pre-truncation) mean stored as a column vector and "precision_matrix.csv" the inverse covariance matrix stored as a two-dimensional table. The "NA"s in the column vector of "orthant_indicator.txt" indicate missing observations, along which the target is unconstrained.
