FESNov gene families

Functionally and Evolutionarily Significant Novel (FESNov) gene family predictions. This repository includes: GTBD r202 taxonomic labels for all the genomes analyzed (genome2taxonomy.r202.tab) Plasflow and Seeker predictions for all the genomes analyzed (plasflow.json.gz and seeker.json.gz) Fasta files for each FESNov gene family (FESNov_families.fasta.tar.gz) Gene family trees for each FESNov gene family (FESNov_families.trees.tar.gz) HMM profiles for each FESNov gene family (FESNov_families.hmm.tar.gz) FESNov gene family statistics (FESNov_fams_stats.tab) Functional predictions and habitat distribution of all FESNov gene families (FESNov_fams_funct_hab_info.json.gz) FESNov gene family PDB files with structure predictions by AlphaFold (FESNov_families.pdb.tar.gz), and their associated pLDDT values (pLDDT_values.tab)
