Genotype Dataset: TCF7L2 rs7092484 in Adults with Type 2 Diabetes from Central Asia

This dataset contains anonymized genotype data from 495 adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus recruited from multiple centres in Kazakhstan. The dataset supports the analyses of the association between the TCF7L2 rs7092484 polymorphism and glycated haemoglobin (HbA1c), coronary artery disease (CAD), and diabetic kidney disease (DKD) phenotypes reported in the associated publication.
