Raw data for Analysis of phenotypic- and Estimated Breeding Values (EBV) to dissect the genetic architecture of complex traits in a Scots pine three-generation pedigree design

This excel workbook contains five different sheets. The three first sheets contain field assessments from three open pollinated sites of Scots pine. The fourth sheet contains field assessments from a full sib field trial from Scots pine and the last sheet contains the pedigree information that relates open pollinated and full sib data.
