We isolated and cultured ovarian granulosa cells from the Chinese soft-shelled turtle. The granulosa cells were treated with 1 μM IWP-2, a WNT4 inhibitor, for 48 hours, with an equal amount of DMSO used as a control. The cells were then collected, total RNA was extracted, and transcriptome sequencing was performed.
