ATAC-seq in dairy goat mammary during the regenerative involution (-4W vs. +1W)

We aimed to detect the mechanism for the gene regulatory in regenerative involution. we performed ATAC-Seq to quantify genome-wide chromatin accessibility on the mammary epithelial cells of the two dissociated cells used in the scRNA above. The epithelial cells were sorted by flow through the KRT18 antibody (Fig. S10A) and sorted cell containing the luminal and basal cells (Fig. S12B, KRT18 positive cell plot in scRNA).
