Dependence Analysis of Mamu Alleles.

Dependence analysis was performed on the SHAP values for the binding of the five Mamu allleles. The Mann-Whitney test was calculated for each amino acid at each position between the SHAP values given another amino acid at another position, and all remaining SHAP values for that amino acid at that position. P-values were Bonferroni corrected and means and differences between each set of SHAP values is reported for each.
