This dataset contains quantitative data collected through a cross-sectional survey of K-12 teachers from all regions of Latvia in 2024–2025. The survey measured teachers' readiness to adopt generative artificial intelligence tools using an adapted version of the Technology Readiness Index (TRI 2.0) framework, which was adapted specifically for generative artificial intelligence tools and used with written consent by its authors. Internal validity of the questionnaire was evaluated as very good. All data are anonymized and suitable for secondary analysis in educational technology, artificial intelligence adoption, and digital readiness research.
