COMPASS-XP

COMPASS-XP is a dataset of matched photographic and X-ray images of single objects, made available for use in Machine Learning & Computer Vision research, in particular in the context of transport security. Objects are imaged in multiple poses, and accompanied by metadata including labels for whether we consider the object to be dangerous in the context of aviation. Object classes overlap with those in the popular ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge class set and the WordNet lexical database, and identifiers for shared classes in both schemes are also provided.COMPASS-XP 是一个收录单个目标匹配摄影图像与X射线图像的数据集，旨在供机器学习（Machine Learning）与计算机视觉（Computer Vision）领域的研究使用，尤其适用于运输安全相关场景。所有目标均以多种姿态完成成像，并附带相关元数据，其中包含我们判定该目标在航空场景下是否具有危险性的标注。该数据集的目标类别与主流的图像网大规模视觉识别挑战赛（ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge）类别集以及词网（WordNet）词汇数据库中的类别存在重叠，同时还提供了这两类分类体系中共享类别的标识符。
