Country-level Hourly Electricity Demand Profiles and Access Indicators for Africa

Offline preprocess inputs and scripts for REPSA (Renewables and Energy Planning for Sustainable Africa). This deposit contains data/ (raw downloads, anchor timeseries, normalized tables) and pipeline/ scripts to rebuild the country–year panel and regenerate hourly electricity demand. Unpack as api/preprocess/ in the REPSA repository and follow README.md. Runtime hourly CSVs and paper/training artefacts are distributed with the software repository, not this archive.
