White blood cells from rheumatoid arthritis patients and matched healthy donors

The experiment was designed to assess gene expression differences between rheumatoid arthritis patient and healthy donor white blood cells. White blood cells were collected from peripheral blood (PB) of 50 RA donors and 50 age, gender and ethinicity matched healthy donors to compare whole blood transcriptomes from RA patients to healthy individuals
