资源简介:
This study aimed to elucidate the common genes and regulatory mechanisms underlying hyperlipidemia and aortic dissection. Overall design: Transcriptome sequencing of dissected and normal ascending aorta tissues was performed. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) associated with aortic dissection were also identified. Moreover, DEGs related to hyperlipidemia were analyzed using a publicly available dataset. The hub common genes of the two diseases were identified by external dataset validation, followed by efficacy evaluation, protein-protein interaction (PPI) network analysis, immune infiltration association analysis, transcription factor (TF) prediction, and small-molecule drug analysis. Based on transcriptome sequencing data and publicly available datasets, 99 common DEGs between two diseases were identified
