To further investigate gut microbiota associated with appetite suppression in high temperature and high humidity environments, we conducted FMT experiments, the treatment group (DHF, FMT from mice exposed to HTH environment for 8 weeks), and the control group (NF, FMT from mice exposed to normal environment). We then collected feces of the mice and performed 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) sequencing.
