traying to reproduce fig 2 from "A single column thalamocortical network model" (Traub et al 2005) on Neuron version of Traub model. Files: figout.png - rasterplot, out.dat - data for rasterplot, test2.png voltage trace from example cells (compare with fig 2 from the articel), GROUCHO... suppyrFRB, tuftIB, spinystellate, tuftRS ... - voltage (! only voltage) data from soma of cell1 from the population, except GROUCHO.suppyrRS where is voltage data from cell1 (first column) and cell2(secend column) init.hoc.groucho.hoc files which I change compare to http://senselab.med.yale.edu/ModelDB/ShowModel.asp?model=82894 to reproduce fig 2 constant time step use_traubexac = 0 awake = 0 tstop = 1600 ms dt was 0.025
