Transcriptomic analysis of acid tolerance mechanism of Streptomyces albulus

Streptomyces albulus is a well-established cell factory for epsilon-poly-L-lysine production.It has been reported that epsilon -PL biosynthesis is strictly regulated by pH and that epsilon-PL can accumulate at approximately pH 4.0, which is outside of the general pH range of Streptomyces for natural product production.
