Repro_Emergent Persistent Modes in an Adaptive Field-Topology System I

Reproducibility package for: "Emergent Persistent Modes in an Adaptive Field-Topology System I: Real Scalar Field" This archive contains all simulation code, analysis scripts, numerical data, and figures required to reproduce the results reported in the companion paper (Stefan D. Ungureanu, 2026). The package includes: simulation source code (v4, N=16,384; v5.1, N=65,536), 11 analysis scripts, census and spectral output data for both runs, and all 8 figures at 300 DPI. Checkpoint files (.pkl) are available from the author upon request.
