Profiling of RNA editing in Caenorhabditis elegans. Caenorhabditis elegans strain:N2, BB2(adr-1-/-),BB3(adr-2-/-), BB4(adr-1-/-; adr-2-/-)

This project aimed to profile RNA editome of different development stage in wild type and three ADAR mutant strains of Caenorhabditis elegans, through analyzing whole-genome DNA-seq and strand-specific RNA-seq with a new RNA editing identification pipeline.
