In 2024, the annual growth rate of the official commercial land price in the Greater Tokyo Area was highest in the Chiba Prefecture, which recorded a growth rate of 6.4 percent during that year. By comparison, the official commercial land price in Ibaraki Prefecture increased by only 0.9 percent.
