Effective April 8th, 2026, this dataset will no longer be updated.Accuracy: Points of consideration for interpretation of the data:  <ul><li>Data are extracted from COVaxON using intellihealth Ontario. </li></ul> <p style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px; margin-bottom:1.5rem; margin-left:1in; margin-top:0px; text-indent:-0.25in;'>o   COVaxON is a dynamic system that allows for ongoing updates.  For this reason, data represent a snapshot at the time of extraction and may differ from previous or subsequent dashboard updates.<p style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px; margin-bottom:1.5rem; margin-left:1in; margin-top:0px; text-indent:-0.25in;'>o   Intellihealth Ontario returns only records for clients who receive their vaccination in Ottawa or who have an Ottawa address.<ul><li>Data include all Ottawa residents, regardless of whether their vaccine was administered in Ottawa.</li><li>Residency is based on client address.  However, address information in COVaxON is not always complete.  Clients who provide an Ottawa address are counted as Ottawa residents, clients who provide address information that indicates they outside Ottawa are not considered to be Ottawa residents, and clients who do not provide address information are considered to be Ottawa residents if they were vaccinated in Ottawa.</li><li>The counts include individuals who have received at least one, two, or three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.</li></ul>Update Frequency: Monday Attributes: Data fields: <ul><li>Date – Date (YYYY-MM-DD) of vaccine administration.</li><li>Number of Ottawa residents receiving their first dose in Ottawa – The number of Ottawa residents, 5 or more years of age, who have received their first dose in Ottawa by the date the dose was administered.</li><li>Number of Ottawa residents receiving their first dose outside of Ottawa – The number of Ottawa residents, 5 or more years of age, who have received their first dose outside of Ottawa by the date the dose was administered.</li><li>Number of Ottawa residents receiving their second dose in Ottawa – The number of Ottawa residents, 5 or more years of age, who have received their second dose in Ottawa by the date the dose was administered.</li><li>Number of Ottawa residents receiving their second dose outside of Ottawa – The number of Ottawa residents, 5 or more years of age, who have received their second dose outside of Ottawa by the date the dose was administered.</li><li>Number of Ottawa residents receiving their third dose in Ottawa – The number of Ottawa residents, 5 or more years of age, who have received their third dose in Ottawa by the date the dose was administered.</li><li>Number of Ottawa residents receiving their third dose outside of Ottawa – The number of Ottawa residents, 5 or more years of age, who have received their third dose outside of Ottawa by the date the dose was administered.</li><li>Number of Ottawa residents receiving their fourth dose in Ottawa – The number of Ottawa residents, 5 or more years of age, who have received their fourth dose in Ottawa by the date the dose was administered.</li><li>Number of Ottawa residents receiving their fourth dose outside of Ottawa – The number of Ottawa residents, 5 or more years of age, who have received their fourth dose outside of Ottawa by the date the dose was administered.</li><li>% of Ottawa residents, 5 or more years of age, that have received at least 1 dose – the cumulative percent of the Ottawa population age 5 years or older who have received one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. </li><li>% of Ottawa residents, 5 or more years of age, that have received at least 2 doses – the cumulative percent of the Ottawa population age 5 years or older who have received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.</li><li>% of Ottawa residents, 12 or more years of age, that have received at least 3 doses – the cumulative percent of the Ottawa population age 12 years or older who have received three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.</li><li>% of Ottawa residents, 12 or more years of age, that have received at least 4 doses – the cumulative percent of the Ottawa population age 12 years or older who have received four doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.</li></ul> <div>Contact: <a href='mailto:OPH-Epidemiology@ottawa.ca' rel='nofollow ugc'>OPH Epidemiology Team | Epidemiology & Evidence, Ottawa Public Health</a></div>
