Data for: Seasonal and nutrient controls on phytoplankton in the Aransas River tidal freshwater zone, Texas, USA

This dataset contains phytoplankton data (bulk chl-a concentration ug/L and chl-a ng/L of different phytoplankton group derived from HPLC pigments analysis) and nutrient data (dissolved inorganic nitrogen [DIN] and soluble reactive phosphorus [SRP] in umol/L). These data were collected monthly from July 2017 to June 2018, and every two weeks in October and November 2017, totaling 14 trips, at three stations (AR Upper, AR Middle, and AR Lower) along the tidal freshwater zone of the Aransas River, Texas, USA.
