资源简介:
Based on the meta-analysis of the influencing factors of intestinal preparation failure conducted by the research group in the early stage and the results of expert consultation, a self-designed questionnaire was designed. The content includes age, gender, educational level, Body Mass Index (BMI), dietary preferences, exercise habits, smoking history, drinking history, bowel habits, comorbidities, previous medication history, previous surgery history, medical reasons, history of intestinal preparation failure, dosage of polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution, and dietary type during intestinal preparation. Dietary preferences can be divided into three categories: meat based, vegetarian, and meat vegetarian. Based on the proportion of meat and vegetarianism consumed in the patient's daily diet, if the proportion of vegetarianism (or meat based) is greater than 50%, it is considered vegetarianism (or meat based). If each of the two accounts for 50%, it is considered meat vegetarian. Exercise habits are divided into three categories: never, occasionally, and regularly exercising. Based on the frequency of patient exercise, never exercising is considered as basically no exercise. Occasional exercise refers to exercising at least once a month, and regular exercise refers to exercising at least once a week. A history of alcohol consumption is defined as an average alcohol intake of>50 g/d, lasting for more than 1 year, or having abstained from alcohol for less than 1 year; Smoking history is defined as individuals who smoke an average of>1 cigarette per day, have been smoking continuously for>1 year, or have quit smoking for less than 1 year. On the day of the patient's colonoscopy, two researchers collected data in a one-on-one question and answer format, and truthfully recorded the patient's answers.
