S1 Code and Data: Storm response of aging agricultural reservoirs in Korea (Version 1.0)

Code, processed public input data, intermediate results, and result tables behind the paper 'Measuring the Storm Response of Aging Agricultural Reservoirs: Grades, Rules, and Gates in Korea' (D. Y. Kim and K. B. Park, submitted to Natural Hazards Review, ASCE). The archive contains the collection scripts for the Korea Rural Community Corporation reservoir registry and daily storage and water-level records, the data-generating-regime classifier, the event and annual metric code, the estimation code (station-event fixed-effects regressions with facility-clustered standard errors, placebo windows, event study, within-facility designs with a regression-to-the-mean placebo), the result tables, and the figure scripts. The estimation stage can be re-run from the archive without external data. Third-party data provided by the Korea Rural Community Corporation (pre-release facility list; failure-case records), the Nongeochon Alimi source lists, and geocoded coordinates are not included; see README.md.
