The effects of human milk oligosaccharide on the murine gut microbiota of antibiotic-induced disruption (PRJCA031759)

Due to the diversity of HMOs, the different structures of HMOs exhibit various nutritional functions. In this study, we aimed to investigate the effects of representative HMOs, 3sialyllactose (3SL), 2fucosyllactose (2FL), and lacto-N-neotetraose (LNnT) on microbiota recovery and intestinal barrier in antibiotic-induced disruption of gut microbiota in mice.
