Gene expression profile of Epiblast stem cells

To characterize the EpiSCs (Epiblast stem cells) we established in our lab, we have employed whole genome microarray expression profiling as a platform to distinguish the EpiSCs (primed state) from ES cells (naïve state). Gene expression of the EpiSCs established in our laboratory was examined using microarray, confirming our EpiSCs have identical characteristics to the previous reported EpiSCs (Sumi T et al, PLoS One. 2013 May 14;8(5):e63378.,; Brons IG et al.
