A Machine Learning Approach for Multiscale Modeling of Biological Tissues, Companion Dataset

This dataset includes the response of a Delaunay fiber network to various deformation gradients. The dataset is in adios2 format and includes stress, strain, strain energy, stiffness, and the applied deformation gradients. This also includes the pytorch implementation of our neural network.
