Data from: Mitochondrial genomes of Columbicola feather lice are highly fragmented, indicating repeated evolution of minicircle-type genomes in parasitic lice

Data files associated with the assembly of mitochondrial minicircles from five species of parasitic lice. This includes data from four species in the genus Columbicola and from the human louse (Pediculus humanus).
