Microscopy and Growth data analyzed in "RNA Pol II Length and Disorder Enable Cooperative Scaling of Transcriptional Bursting"

This dataset contains all microscopy and growth data analyzed in the paper "RNA Pol II Length and Disorder Enable Cooperative Scaling of Transcriptional Bursting". It includes two smFISH datasets, four live imaging datasets, one csv file with growth data, and two csv files describing all strains and plasmids included in the image file names.
