Transcriptome sequencing of Phtheirospermum japonicum seedlings treated with DMBQ and synthetic CLE peptide PjCLE1

Transcriptome analysis in the hemiparasitic plant Phtheirospermum japonicum, 24h after treatment with DMBQ or a synthetic CLE peptide PjCLE1 and the combination of both treatments. 8 days old seedlings grown under long-day conditions were treated with 10microM DMBQ and/or 1microM synthetic peptide for 24h in water. A control sample contained a synthetic peptide with random arrangement of the same amino acids (scrCLE1). Strand-specific RNA-Seq after polyA selection.
