Benthic protist community in Mediterranean sediment samples Raw sequence reads

This study had the aims of (i) identifying the single-celled protist assemblages in the superficial sediments of Italian Mediterranean regional seas, (ii) relating their structure with depth and (iii) inspecting if differences are existing between the Mediterranean sub-regions, investigating also the trophic level.
