Southern Yellow Pine Climate–Regeneration–Fire Data

This repository provides supporting data and derived analytical products for a climate–regeneration–fire informatics analysis of four southern yellow pine species: loblolly pine (Pinus taeda), shortleaf pine (P. echinata), slash pine (P. elliottii), and longleaf pine (P. palustris). The release contains analysis-ready adult-tree and seedling occurrence data; historical and future climate inputs; mapped fire-history inputs; principal-component-analysis products; model-performance metrics; adult–seedling suitability and agreement outputs; Random Forest interpretation products; future projections and historical–future change summaries; percentile-envelope extrapolation-screening products; and temporally aligned fire-stratified analytical outputs. Exact protected FIA plot coordinates are not deposited. Lumber-mill source data, facility identifiers, coordinates, individual-facility classifications, and location-level mill-consensus outputs are excluded from this public release.
