收藏资源简介:
Species of Lyophyllum play an important role in natural ecosystems and hold significant economic value. Most species of this genus as food resources are developed inEurope, Americaand Asia. In this study, two novel edible mushroom of Lyophyllum edulis sp. nov, and Lyophyllumsinensis sp. nov and two known edible mushroomspecies L. pallidofumosumand L. shimejiare introduced, macromorphologicaland micromorphological characters are described. Lyophyllum edulis clustered, has a dark grayish orangepileus, stipe is grayish orangein the upper, soft orange gradually downwardon the surface, and globose, subglobose to broadly ellipsoid basidiospores 5.1–6.5 × 4.6–6.6 μm. Lyophyllumsinensis clustered, lamellae, pileus and stipe changing to grey dark orange when bruised. Two known species, L. pallidofumosumand L. shimeji, are more detailedly described in this study. The four species are supported by phylogenetic analyses of combined four genes include internal transcribed spacer ITS1-5.8S-ITS2ribosomal RNA (ITS), large subunit ribosomal RNA (LSU), subunits of RNA polymerase II (rpb2)and translation elongation factor 1-alpha(tef1). Additionally, we provide famous edible mushroom L. shimeji cultivation techniques in this study.
