Data and code for: Goal-directed or restrictive versus standard fluid therapy for radical cystectomy: a systematic review and meta-analysis
收藏资源简介:
Data and code supporting the systematic review and meta-analysis "Goal-directed or restrictive versus standard fluid therapy for radical cystectomy: a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomised trials". The review compared individualised (goal-directed or restrictive) intraoperative fluid therapy with standard or liberal fluid therapy in adults undergoing radical cystectomy. The primary outcome was postoperative ileus. Six randomised trials (682 patients) were pooled; one comparative non-randomised cohort study was summarised separately. The protocol was registered in PROSPERO (CRD420261551339) on 25 October 2026. Searches were run on 25 October 2026 in PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase, Cochrane CENTRAL, Scopus, LILACS and the Web of Science Core Collection, and in ClinicalTrials.gov and the WHO International Clinical Trials Registry Platform. Contents: 1. Arm-level extraction data used by the analysis (extraction_data.csv) and the complete extraction table recorded before analysis (pre_analysis_extraction_data.csv). 2. Risk-of-bias judgements: RoB 2 for the randomised trials and ROBINS-I for the cohort study. 3. The R script (analysis.R) that reproduces all pooled analyses, sensitivity analyses, trial sequential analysis, Bayesian analysis, tables and figures, with its outputs (output/). 4. Screening files: decisions of two independent reviewers on 899 unique records, all 1,431 records identified, and the reviewer agreement table. 5. Exports of each database and register search (search_exports/). 6. The registered protocol (version 1) and Online Resources 1 to 4: search strategies, supplementary tables and figures, and PRISMA 2020 checklists (documents/). All data were extracted from published reports. No individual participant data are included.
